Services Provided Truehelps provides: ● Emergency contact management ● QR code generation and scanning ● Identity verification using facial verification technology ● Membership-based access to emergency assistance features The application functions solely as a technology platform designed to facilitate emergency communication and contact accessibility. 4. User Responsibilities Users agree to: ● Provide accurate and up-to-date information ● Use the application only for lawful purposes ● Maintain confidentiality of account credentials ● Avoid misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized access attempts Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of emergency contact information added to their accounts. 5. Face Verification & User Consent To enhance privacy and security, Truehelps may require facial verification for identity authentication. By using these features, users consent to: ● Collection and secure processing of facial images for identity verification purposes ● Secure storage of biometric-related data while the account remains active Facial verification data is used exclusively for security and emergency access verification purposes and is not sold or shared with advertisers or unauthorised third parties. 6. Membership & Payments Certain features of the application may require an active paid membership. Users acknowledge that: ● Membership plans are duration-based and require manual renewal after expiry ● Membership fees are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers ● Expired memberships may result in the deactivation of QR-related services and premium features 7. Truehelps does not provide: ● Ambulance services ● Medical assistance ● Police services ● Rescue operations ● Emergency response services In life-threatening situations, users should immediately contact local emergency services. 8. Limitation of Liability Truehelps shall not be held responsible for: ● Delays in emergency communication ● Incorrect or outdated information provided by users ● Misuse of QR codes or user accounts ● Technical interruptions, server downtime, or third-party service failures Use of the application is at the user’s own discretion and risk. 9. Account Suspension & Termination Truehelps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in: ● Fraudulent activities ● Violation of these Terms ● Misuse of platform features or security systems 10. Intellectual Property All application content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology associated with Truehelps remain the intellectual property of Truehelps and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission. 11.
